1. What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer individual therapy for adults and teenagers, trauma counseling, justice-involved therapy, EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, couples counseling, family counseling, and reunification services.

Currently, all our sessions are virtual to ensure accessibility and convenience for our clients. This allows you to receive therapy from the comfort of your home.

A typical therapy session lasts 50–60 minutes. However, the duration may vary depending on your specific needs and treatment plan.
The frequency of therapy sessions depends on your individual needs. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others may choose biweekly or monthly appointments. We will discuss what works best for you during your initial consultation.
Yes! Therapy is not just for mental health conditions—it’s also a tool for personal growth, stress management, relationship improvement, and emotional well-being. If you’re struggling with life challenges, therapy can help.
At this time, we only offer single-session therapy. You can book as needed without committing to a long-term package.

Session fees vary based on the type of therapy and duration. Please contact us for pricing details and any available sliding scale options.
Yes we do accept most insurances and we can provide documentation for you to submit a claim to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Yes! Your privacy is our priority. Everything you share in therapy is completely confidential, except in cases where we are legally required to report (such as harm to yourself or others, child abuse, or court orders).
Your first session will be a comfortable and open conversation about your concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. We’ll discuss your background and develop a personalized approach tailored to your needs.
It’s completely normal to feel unsure about therapy at first. Our sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and at your own pace. If you ever feel therapy isn’t the right fit, we can discuss adjustments or alternative approaches to best support you.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a specialized approach that helps process and heal from trauma. It involves guided eye movements while recalling distressing memories, allowing the brain to reprocess them in a healthier way. This therapy is highly effective for PTSD, anxiety, and trauma-related distress.
Justice-involved therapy is designed to support individuals facing legal challenges or transitioning from incarceration. We provide a judgment-free space where clients can process emotions, rebuild their confidence, and work toward a positive future.
